Big changes during 2023 for Sharon ‘The Mind & Body Mechanic’ when she teams up with Kerry from ‘Tonik Studio’. 

Tonik Pilates and Yoga is a specialist studio based in Glenrothes, focusing on Pilates, Yoga and Wellness. Sharon fits in perfectly with Tonik’s wellness philosophy. Bringing health and well-being to the local community. 

The luxury, sound-proofed treatment room within the studio, offers a private, safe haven for clients to enjoy their treatments.  She has chosen a dark and mysterious setting to help clients switch off from the outside world for a bit.  The entrance to The Mind & Body Mechanic can be found at the rear of the building, where you will be greeted by a spacious waiting and changing area. Luxurious toilet facilities are also available. 

We’re proud to be wheelchair-friendly, but please let us know in advance so we can make your experience as seamless as possible.
