In July 2022, Sharon unexpectedly lost her son at only 28 years old due to a complication with Addison’s Disease. It’s been tough for the family since but they have made it their mission to raise awareness of Addison’s Disease and improve the lives of, educate and support people diagnosed with Addison’s Disease and their families. 

Approximately 9,000 people in the UK have Addison's disease, with over 300 new cases diagnosed each year yet very few people have heard of this life-changing disease. 

They have since set up the registered charity ‘Jordan’s Addison’s Disease Awareness’.

In just a few short months Jordan’s family and friends have done so much to raise awareness but they have so many more ideas and plans for the future.
